Nat Turner, a writer and preacher slave in the antebellum South, orchestrating the uprising. Set against the Antebellum South, Birth of a Nation follows Nat Turner (Nate Parker), written goods and preachers whose financial tighten the owner, Samuel Turner (Armie Hammer), accepting the offer of the use of NAT is to proclaim the defeat restless slaves. As a witness to countless atrocities – against themselves and their fellow slaves – Nac orchestrating the uprising in hopes of leading his people to freedom.
Nat Turner was enslaved Baptist preacher, who lives in Virginia plantation belonging to Samuel Turner. Rumors of rebellion in the air, the priest Samuel convinces Nate that it should be preached to other slaves, thereby suppressing any conditions uprising. Nate witnesses the terrible treatment of his companions, he realizes that it can no longer just stand there and preach. August 21, 1831 Turner quest for justice and freedom leads to a violent and historical rebellion in Southampton County.
